On That’s Amaury’s Podcast:

Houston’s Jose Altuve who roots for his teammates and also roots for the little guy inspired his team and organization by hitting three home runs against the Boston Red Sox in one game as the Astros took a 3-1 ALDS win to advance to the NLCS. Altuve could be the big inspiration for the NLCS don’t be surprised.

In the other ALDS the New York Yankees who started out struggling against Cleveland after the series started in game one with Cleveland pitcher Trevor Bauer shutting out the Yankees 4-0 but that has turned around when the series moved back to New York for games three and four and the Yankees have evened the series at two a piece

The Washington Nationals and the Chicago Cubs NLDS is too close to call. The Cubs who have a 2-1 lead going into game four both teams strategically speaking have two great field generals that match up their players very well in managers Joe Maddon Cubs and Dusty Baker Nats. Baker is going tooth and nail in game four to avoid a Cubs clinch and Maddon will try his outmaneuvering of trying to beat Baker at his own game.

Finally there’s the Los Angeles Dodgers and the success of their manager Dave Roberts who skippered a very talented and very well paid Dodger team. It’s been a whole new revelation with the Dodgers ever since they lost 11 straight and now coming into post season they’ve taken control of the Arizona Diamondbacks and swept them in three games and are waiting for the winner of the Cubs-Nats series.
