#4 A’s manager Bob Melvin is going to take a look at Mark Canha at taking a shot at playing centerfield. For Canha it will be his first time playing centerfield professionally.

#5  A’s pitcher Frankie Montas pitched two innings of shutout ball on Wednesday surrendering three hits, three strikeouts, at 99 MPH
